The UNLV Rebel Girls & Company and Rebel Roots are teaming up with The Grind Academy to bring you an exclusive College Prep Dance Clinic designed for all incoming high school students aspiring to dance at the collegiate level.

Train alongside current team members, alumni, and coaching staff as you gain firsthand insight into what it takes to succeed in college dance programs.


Dates: June 4th and 5th from 10AM-2PM

Participants Will:


  • Learn essential collegiate dance skills and techniques

  • Train in styles focused on precision, performance quality, and sharp execution

  • Build strength, flexibility, and performance endurance

  • Develop confidence and presence both on and off the dance floor

  • Gain insight into college team expectations, auditions, and preparation

beyond dance training:


  • How to carry themselves professionally in team environments

  • Tips for audition success and recruitment opportunities

  • The importance of teamwork, discipline, and leadership

  • Guidance on balancing academics and athletics at the collegiate level

Plus, a short session on nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention provided by The Grind Academy.

Who is this for?


This training is designed not only for dancers interested in the UNLV Rebel Girls & Company, but also for those preparing to audition for college dance teams at any division level nationwide, providing foundational skills, professional expectations, and performance training applicable across collegiate programs.

Led by the highly accomplished UNLV Rebel Girls & Company coaching staff, alongside current team members and alumni—7x Hip Hop National Champions, 7x Gameday National Champions, and 3x ICU World Champions—this clinic offers elite-level training in a supportive and motivating environment.

The clinic will conclude with a final showcase performance, giving participants the opportunity to demonstrate what they’ve learned throughout the day and experience a collegiate-style performance setting.
