BUILT FOR THE
STUDENT-ATHLETE
Home / Programs / Our Facilities
The GRIND Academy’s campus is purpose built to help student-athletes grow in mind, body, and character.
Classrooms are located just steps away from the training zones and recovery rooms, allowing students move seamlessly from seminar to strength work to study hall without losing valuable time. Academic rooms use seminar seating and modern displays. The performance side includes power racks and platforms, sprint lanes with timing gates, strength and cardio equipment, sleds, kettlebells, and cable stations, plus a recovery lab with treatment tables, cold plunges, compression options and red light therapy.
Certified adults supervise every session. Teachers hold credentials and offer office hours. Trainers carry recognized performance certifications, cap group sizes for safety, and maintain written plans. All staff are background checked and CPR or AED certified. The building has controlled entry, visitor badges, posted emergency plans, and visible AED units. Equipment is cleaned and inspected daily. Parents have viewing windows and a simple portal for schedules and updates. Spaces meet ADA requirements. Culture is disciplined and welcoming, and key metrics appear on a shared dashboard so families see real progress.

MEASUREMENT
& TECH
InBody Body Composition Station
Fast, non-invasive body composition testing with results printed and synced to the InBody app and our coaching dashboard.
We track skeletal muscle, body fat, and body water balance with segmental detail for arms, legs, and trunk. Tests take about 30 to 90 seconds depending on the model. Families see progress in real time and students learn how training, nutrition, and sleep drive change.
FEULING & NUTRITION
Personal Chef Program
On-site Personal Chef prepares fresh, athlete-friendly meals with options for allergies and preferences. Menus align to training volume and season, using InBody data and practice schedules to set simple macro targets for growth and recovery. Students learn plate building, hydration, and timing for pre- and post-training.
Parents receive a weekly menu and tips to mirror routines at home.
